HFE was successfully selected for the &#8220;Lightweight Intelligent Manufacturing Project for the Steel Structure Manufacturing Industry&#8221;, becoming one of only six selected projects in Weifang City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">The IEHS digital transformation pilot of manufacturing industry was unveiled to focus on the directions of industrial Internet plus + safe production, industrial Internet plus + green low-carbon, lightweight products and solutions, and industrial chain supply chain digitalization, aiming to promote the integration of industrial Internet and other new technologies and new models into all aspects of industrial production, and help the manufacturing industry to achieve quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency increase, green and safe development. The &#8220;Lightweight Intelligent Manufacturing Project for the Steel Structure Manufacturing Industry&#8221; listed by HFE closely meets the actual needs of enterprise digital transformation. Through intelligent transformation and digital management, it is a digital solution that comprehensively enhances the competitiveness of enterprises. In terms of intelligent manufacturing, the automation and intelligence of the production process can be achieved by introducing CNC automatic processing equipment such as welding robots and digital acquisition devices. In terms of digital management, the application of lightweight MES and MRP systems enables the scientific formulation of production plans, accurate calculation of material requirements, and reasonable control of inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">The successful implementation of this project has injected new vitality into the development of HFE.
