5月31日，鸿丰装备组织开展2023年“安全生产月”活动启动仪式，领导班子、总经理助理、副总师、部门负责人及职工代表参加了本次活动。
启动仪式由鸿丰装备安全总监张希强主持。鸿丰装备党委副书记、纪委书记李军义宣读了《关于开展2023年度“安全生产月”活动的通知》；公司总经理助理、鸿丰装备党委书记、总经理曹关德作动员讲话，一是要求大家要深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平总书记关于安全生产重要论述，坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于安全生产重大决策部署，牢固树立安全发展理念，压紧压实全员安全生产责任；二是要以本次活动为契机，深入开展隐患排查整改，扎实推进应急能力建设，坚决防范安全生产事故，着力提升应急处置能力；三是要加强现场安装安全管理，重点加强现场吊装作业、焊接作业等安全防范措施，确保施工安全。最后，全体人员在印有本次活动主题“人人讲安全、个个会应急”的红色条幅上郑重签字。
此次启动仪式，标志着鸿丰装备“安全生产月”活动正式拉开帷幕。下一步，鸿丰装备将按照活动方案认真组织开展各项活动，进一步提高全员安全红线意识，明确安全职责，为公司安全生产打下坚实基础。
On May 31st, HFE organized the launch ceremony of the 2023 “safety production month” event, which was attended by the leadership team, assistant general manager, deputy chief engineer, department heads, and employee representatives.
The launch ceremony was presided over by Mr. Zhang Xiqiang, Chief Safety Officer of HFE. Mr. Li Junyi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of HFE, read out the Notice on Carrying out the 2023 Safety Production Month Activity. Mr. Cao Guande, Assistant President of SEPCOIII, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of HFE, delivered a mobilization speech. Firstly, he requested everyone to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and President Xi Jinping’s important discourse on safety production, adhere to the guidance of President Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics for the new era, conscientiously implement the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on safety production, firmly establish the concept of safety development, and strictly ensure and perform safety production responsibility for all personnel involved in compaction and compaction. Secondly, we should take this event as an opportunity to conduct in-depth investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, solidly promote the construction of emergency response capabilities, resolutely prevent safety production accidents, and focus on improving emergency response capabilities. Thirdly, we shall strengthen on-site installation safety management, with a focus on strengthening safety precautions such as on-site lifting and welding operations to ensure construction safety. Finally, all personnel solemnly signed on the red banner printed with the theme of this event, “Everyone speaks safety, everyone knows emergency”.
This launch ceremony marks the official opening of the “safety production month” activity of HFE. Next, HFE will carefully organize and carry out various activities according to the activity plan, further enhance the safety red line awareness of all employees, clarify safety responsibilities, and lay a solid foundation for the company’s safety production.
