3月8日，由鸿丰装备承揽的烟台冰轮H138项目烟囱板块首件顺利发运，标志着该项目首个重要节点按计划完成。

该项目是西班牙TECNICAS REUNIDAS公司承接的波兰润滑油公司扩建的最大EPC项目，共计3台机组，由韩国现代电力系统公司HPS设计，单台机组5节，重量约为350吨，高度达70米，全部为法兰连接，连接精度要求高，附件安装位置特殊，整体加工难度远远超过钢结构。这也是鸿丰装备自今年取得EN 13084-7欧标单壁烟囱加工资格证书后，承揽的首个烟囱加工制作项目，为保证项目顺利推进，鸿丰装备科学组织，统筹协调，严格按照工艺标准加工制作，最终顺利通过业主方检验，达到发运条件，目前已顺利完成前10节的集港。

下一步，鸿丰装备将继续加快推进项目生产进度，确保项目按期履约。

On March 8, the first piece of YHHI H138 stack project contracted by HFE was successfully shipped, marking the completion of the first important milestone of the project as scheduled.

This project is the largest EPC project of the expansion of Polish lubricating oil company undertaken by TECNICAS REUNIDAS of Spain, with a total of 3 units, designed by Hyundai Power System (HPS), Korea. The single unit has 5 units, weighs about 350 tons, and has a height of 70 meters. All of them are connected by flanges, with high requirements for connection accuracy, special installation position of accessories, and the overall processing difficulty is far greater than that of steel structure. This is also the first stack fabrication project undertaken by HFE since it obtained the qualification certificate for processing single-wall stacks per EN 13084-7 this year. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, HFE has scientifically organized, coordinated and processed and manufactured in strict accordance with the technological standards, and finally passed the owner’s inspection and reached the shipping conditions. At present, it has successfully completed the first 10 sections delivering to the port.

Next, HFE will continue to accelerate the production progress of the project and ensure the performance of the project on schedule.
