为进一步提高专业技术人员业务能力，2月9日至11日，鸿丰装备组织进行工程测量技能专项培训，项目管理中心、制造厂、质检部等部门员工共计20余人参加了本次培训。

本次培训特邀山东交通职业学院公路与建筑学院老师现场授课，共分为理论培训和实操练习。过程中，培训老师分别从全站仪、水准仪等仪器的构造到使用规程，从建立坐标系到高程、角度与四等水准测量的方式方法等方面进行了全面细致的讲解，并在理论讲解的基础上进行了测量仪器的实操练习。培训结束后，组织对参培人员进行了综合考核，所有人员均顺利通过考核。

下一步，鸿丰装备将严格落实年度培训计划，持续加大员工培训力度，不断提高全员综合素质和专业技术水平，为推动公司高质量发展做好人才储备。

In order to further improve the professional skills of professional technicians, from February 9 to 11, HFE organized a special training on engineering measurement skills. More than 20 employees from Project Management Center, factories, QC Department and other departments participated in the training.

For training well, the teachers from the School of Highway and Architecture of Shandong Jiaotong Vocational College were specially invited to give lectures on the spot, which are divided into theoretical training and practical practice. During the process, the training teachers gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation from the construction of total station, level and other instruments to the use rules, from the establishment of coordinate system to the methods of elevation, angle and fourth order leveling, and on the basis of the theoretical explanation, carried out the practical practice of measuring instruments. After the training, a comprehensive assessment was organized for the participants, and all the participants passed the assessment successfully.
