2月8日,鸿丰装备在行政办公楼会议室组织召开2022年度项目总结大会。领导班子、部门负责人及各项目经理参加会议。
会上,以青岛海尔路、烟台冰轮、青岛辽阳路等几个典型项目为代表,由各项目经理对项目执行情况作经验分享。过程中,大家围绕着项目成本、进度、安全、质量管控及与各方沟通协调等方面工作进行了相互交流,同时,针对项目执行过程中出现的问题,从多个角度对问题产生的原因进行了深入剖析,并提出了下一步改进措施。
公司总经理助理,鸿丰装备公司党委书记、总经理曹关德结合会议内容及下一步工作,提出四点具体要求:一是做好问题清单整理和经验复制推广工作,杜绝类似问题重复发生;二是各部门要各司其职、密切配合,为项目管理做好服务保障;三是强化质量意识,严把产品出厂关,确保出厂产品百分百合格;四是牢固树立“现场即市场”文化理念,通过打造精品项目,赢得业主认可和信任,为项目回款及后续市场开发打好基础。
On February 8, HFE held the 2022 annual project summary meeting in the company. The leading group, department heads and project managers attended the meeting.
At the meeting, several typical projects such as Qingdao Haier Road, YHHI and Qingdao Liaoyang Road were taken as representatives, and the project managers shared their experience on the implementation of the project. During the process, we exchanged views on the project cost, progress, safety, quality control and communication and coordination with all parties. At the same time, we analyzed the causes of the problems from multiple perspectives and put forward the next improvement measures.
Mr. Cao Guande, Assistant President of SEPCOIII, the Secretary of the Party Committee & President of HFE, put forward four specific requirements in combination with the contents of the meeting and the next work: first, we shall do a good job in sorting out the list of problems and replicating and promoting the experience to prevent the recurrence of similar problems. Second, all departments should perform their duties and cooperate closely to provide service guarantee for project management; Third, we shall strengthen quality awareness, strictly control the delivery of products, and ensure that the products are 100% qualified; Fourth, we shall firmly establish the cultural concept of “the site is the market”, win the recognition and trust of the owners by creating high-quality projects, and lay a good foundation for the project receivables collection and subsequent market development.
