自节后复工复产以来，鸿丰装备认真落实公司及政府有关安排部署，采用不同形式分批次开展节后“安全生产第一课”，确保2023年各项工作安全高效有序开展。

为上好安全生产“第一课”，鸿丰装备结合实际情况，编制了安全教育培训课件，内容涵盖了节后复工危险因素、安全措施、案例分析、应急管理等四大方面的安全知识，利用生产、安全周例会分批次对管理、生产各岗位人员进行全员安全培训，同时组织2023年度全员安全培训考试，进一步巩固培训效果，提升全体职工安全意识。

下一步，鸿丰装备将加大安全管控力度，从严从细落实安全责任，确保2023年安全生产目标顺利实现。

Since the resumption of work and production after the holiday, HFE has carefully implemented the relevant arrangements of the company and the government, and carried out the “first lesson of safe production” in different forms and batches after the holiday to ensure the safe, efficient and orderly implementation of all work in 2023.

In order to teach the “first lesson of safe production” well, HFE has prepared a safety education and training courseware based on the actual situation, which covers four aspects of safety knowledge, including the risk factors of returning to work after the holiday, safety measures, case analysis, and emergency management. It has used the weekly production and safety meetings to conduct the safety training for all staff in management and production posts in batches, and organized the 2023 annual safety training examination for all staff, further consolidate the training effect and improve the safety awareness of all employees.

Next, HFE will strengthen safety management and control, implement safety responsibilities strictly and carefully, and ensure the smooth realization of safety production goal in 2023.
