1月12日，鸿丰装备2022年度总结表彰大会暨2023年工作会议在一厂胜利召开。领导班子、总经理助理、副总师、部门负责人及职工代表共200余人参加了会议。会议由副总经理马振涛主持。
会上，公司总经理助理、鸿丰装备公司党委书记、总经理曹关德作了题为《抢抓机遇拓市场 稳健经营提效益 为全面完成2023年目标任务而努力奋斗》工作报告。报告全面客观的总结了鸿丰装备2022年工作完成情况，从国际、国内两个方面深入分析了公司面临的发展形势，指出了公司的发展优势及需要重点提升的能力，同时进一步明确了2023年总体工作思路，提出了5个方面的具体目标，重点安排了市场开发、经营管理、项目执行、安全管理、技术创新、质量管理、队伍建设7项重点工作，并强调了加强党的领导、深化党风廉政建设需做好的5个方面工作。
会上，还分别汇报了市场开发、项目管理两个专题工作报告；宣读了《关于表彰2022年度优秀团队及个人的决定》《关于对青岛跨海大桥高架路二期项目进行奖励的决定》，并对2022年度公司先进集体和个人、优秀协作队伍进行表彰。
此次会议主题鲜明、务实高效，是一次承前启后、团结奋进的大会，也是一次凝聚共识、鼓舞士气的大会，为2023年工作开好头、起好步，确保全年各项任务目标圆满实现奠定了坚实基础。
On January 12, the 2022 HFE annual summary and commendation and 2023 work conference was successfully held in the company. More than 200 people from the leading group, assistant presidents, vice chief engineer, department heads and staff representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Ma Zhentao, Vice President.
At the meeting, Mr. Cao Guande, Assistant President of SEPCOIII, the Secretary of the Party Committee and President of HFE, made a work report entitled “Seize the opportunity, expand the market, steadily operate and improve efficiency, and strive to fully complete the 2023 goal and task”. The report comprehensively and objectively summarizes the completion of HFE in 2022, analyzes the development situation faced by the company from both international and domestic aspects, points out the development advantages of the company and the capabilities that need to be improved, further clarifies the overall work plan for 2023, puts forward five specific objectives, and focuses on seven key tasks: market development, operation management, project implementation, safety management, technical innovation, quality management and team building, as well as five aspects of work to be done to strengthen the Party’s leadership and deepen the construction of the Party’s style and clean organization.
At the meeting, two special work reports on market development and project management were also reported. The Decision on Commending Outstanding Teams and Individuals in 2022 and the Decision on Rewarding the Qingdao Cross-sea Bridge Viaduct Project Phase II were read out, and the company’s advanced collectives, individuals and excellent cooperative teams in 2022 were commended.
