为强化吊装作业安全管理，防范起重安全事故，5月26日，鸿丰装备开展吊索具专项安全检查。

本次检查覆盖厂区作业区、仓储区所有吊索具，检查组通过查阅台账、现场实地排查的方式，重点检查钢丝绳、吊钩、吊装带等设备的磨损、锈蚀、老化等隐患，核对相关维保及检验记录，对发现的问题提出整改要求，责任到人，限期闭环，并严禁使用老旧、破损吊索具，杜绝任何安全隐患。

下一步，鸿丰装备将常态化开展吊索具隐患排查，完善设备管理制度，加强作业人员安全实操培训，规范吊索具使用与管控流程，从源头规避作业风险，为公司完成各项年度任务目标提供安全保障。

To enhance the safety management of lifting operations and prevent lifting accidents, HFE conducted a specialized safety inspection of lifting slings on May 26.

This inspection covered all lifting slings in the factory’s work areas and storage zones. The inspection team reviewed records and conducted on-site inspections, focusing on potential hazards such as wear, corrosion, and aging of equipment like wire ropes, hooks, and lifting belts. They verified relevant maintenance and inspection records, issued rectification requirements for identified issues with assigned responsibilities, set deadlines for closure, and strictly prohibited the use of outdated or damaged lifting slings to eliminate any safety hazards.Next, HFE will regularly conduct inspections for potential hazards in lifting gear, improve equipment management systems, enhance safety training for operators, standardize the use and control processes of lifting gear, and mitigate operational risks at the source, thereby providing safety assurance for the company to achieve its annual task objectives.
