此次培训采用现场实操教学模式，参照公司最新焊接作业规范，重点围绕平焊接头过高等质量问题整改方法、角焊缝标准化操作要点等关键内容，进行细致讲解与现场示范。参培人员全程认真学习、交流探讨，纷纷表示培训内容贴合现场实际、实用性强，收获良多。

此次培训有效强化了一线焊工的质量意识与实操能力，进一步筑牢生产工艺管控防线，为完成公司年度质量目标奠定了坚实基础。
