4月26日凌晨，由鸿丰装备承揽的烟台红旗路冰轮路桥位钢箱梁项目顺利完成首吊工作，标志着该项目首个重要里程碑节点按计划实现。

作为烟台市重点市政工程，该项目施工环境复杂、交叉作业密集、夜间吊装安全管控难度大。项目部紧扣公司“项目管理提升年”工作部署，将精益管理贯穿施工全流程：前期多轮开展技术研讨与方案优化，精准识别并规避施工风险；施工中严格落实安全技术交底，对吊装设备、临时支撑体系进行全流程检查验收；同时统筹协调各方资源，优化工序衔接，确保吊装作业安全、精准、高效完成。

下一步，鸿丰装备将持续深化项目管理，严控质量安全，紧盯节点目标，全力推进后续施工，确保项目高质量按期履约。

On the early morning of April 26th, the first installation of the Yantai Hongqi Road Ice Wheel Road bridge steel box beam project, undertaken by HFE, was successfully completed, marking the first important milestone of the project as planned.

As a key municipal project in Yantai City, the construction environment of this project is complex, with intensive cross operation and difficulty in controlling nighttime lifting safety. The project department closely follows HFE’s “Project Management Improvement Year” work deployment, integrating lean management throughout the entire construction process, including conducting multiple rounds of technical discussions and scheme optimization in the early stage, accurately identifying and avoiding construction risks, strictly implementing safety technical disclosure during construction, and conducting full process inspection and acceptance of lifting equipment and temporary support systems. Meanwhile, they coordinate resources from all parties, optimize process connections, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient completion of lifting operations.
