4月13日，鸿丰装备创建的全流程数字化材料链路管理系统正式投入使用。

针对行业普遍存在的材料信息分散、台账不清、余料利用率低、跨部门协同滞后等问题，鸿丰装备立足生产实际，以轻量化、低成本、易落地为原则，打造闭环式材料链路管理系统。该系统依托iSEPCOIII多维表格搭建统一数据中台，实现从技术提料、采购、储运、生产到余料复用的全链条线上化、透明化、数据化管理，有效破解传统钢结构制造行业物料管理粗放、余料浪费、库存积压、部门协同不畅等痛点，推动材料管理从“经验决策”迈向“数据驱动”。

下一步，鸿丰装备将持续优化材料链路功能，深化数据驱动与智能预警，推动材料管理向精准化、精益化、智能化升级，以数字化创新为企业高质量发展注入新动能。

On April 13th, the full-process digital material link management system created by HFE was officially put into use.

Addressing the prevalent issues in the industry, such as scattered material information, unclear ledgers, low utilization rate of surplus materials, and lagging cross-departmental collaboration, based on practical production needs and guided by the principles of lightweight, low cost, and easy implementation, HFE has developed a closed-loop material chain management system. This system relies on the iSEPCOIII multi-dimensional table to establish a unified data hub, enabling online, transparent, and data-driven management of the entire chain from technical material extraction, procurement, storage and transportation, production, to surplus material reuse. It effectively addresses the pain points of the traditional steel structure manufacturing industry, such as extensive material management, surplus material waste, inventory backlog, and poor departmental collaboration, driving material management from “experience-based decision-making” to “data-driven”.

Next, HFE will continue to optimize the material supply chain function, deepen data-driven and intelligent early warning, and promote the upgrading of material management towards precision, lean, and intelligent management.
