6月18日,山东省工信厅公布了2025年“工赋百景”制造业数字化转型揭榜挂帅试点项目名单,山东颐杰鸿丰能源装备有限公司凭借“面向钢结构制造行业的轻量化智造项目”成功入选,成为潍坊市仅有的六个入选项目之一。
“工赋百景”制造业数字化转型揭榜挂帅试点聚焦工业互联网+安全生产、工业互联网+绿色低碳、轻量化产品和解决方案、产业链供应链数字化等方向,旨在推动工业互联网等新技术新模式融入工业生产各领域各环节,助力制造业实现提质、降本、增效、绿色、安全发展。鸿丰装备此次上榜的“面向钢结构制造行业的轻量化智造项目”,紧密贴合企业数字化转型的实际需求,通过智能化改造和数字化管理,全面提升企业竞争力的数字化解决方案。在智能化制造方面,通过引入焊接机器人等数控自动加工设备和数字化采集设备,实现生产过程的自动化和智能化。在数字化管理方面,通过轻量化MES系统和MRP系统的应用,实现生产计划的科学制定、物料需求的精准计算和库存的合理控制。

On June 18, Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province announced the list of pilot projects for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry under the “Industrial Empowerment Hundred Scenes” in 2025. HFE was successfully selected for the “Lightweight Intelligent Manufacturing Project for the Steel Structure Manufacturing Industry”, becoming one of only six selected projects in Weifang City.
The IEHS digital transformation pilot of manufacturing industry was unveiled to focus on the directions of industrial Internet plus + safe production, industrial Internet plus + green low-carbon, lightweight products and solutions, and industrial chain supply chain digitalization, aiming to promote the integration of industrial Internet and other new technologies and new models into all aspects of industrial production, and help the manufacturing industry to achieve quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency increase, green and safe development. The “Lightweight Intelligent Manufacturing Project for the Steel Structure Manufacturing Industry” listed by HFE closely meets the actual needs of enterprise digital transformation. Through intelligent transformation and digital management, it is a digital solution that comprehensively enhances the competitiveness of enterprises. In terms of intelligent manufacturing, the automation and intelligence of the production process can be achieved by introducing CNC automatic processing equipment such as welding robots and digital acquisition devices. In terms of digital management, the application of lightweight MES and MRP systems enables the scientific formulation of production plans, accurate calculation of material requirements, and reasonable control of inventory.
