为庆祝“三八”国际劳动妇女节，3月8日上午，鸿丰装备组织开展妇女节系列活动，并向鸿丰装备全体女职工致以节日问候和祝福。

活动现场，首先由女工委主任李柳带头学习《习近平关于妇女儿童和妇联工作论述摘编》，引导女职工把握机遇，切实增强责任感、使命感和紧迫感，充分发挥“妇女能顶半边天”的责任情怀。随后开展庆祝“三八节”女职工趣味活动，活动分为知识抢答、听歌识曲、眼疾嘴快三部分，参赛者们铆足干劲、奋勇争先，现场处处洋溢着欢声笑语。大家在活跃的氛围里放松了身心，感受到了团队合作的重要性，展现了自尊自信、自立自强的精神面貌。最后公司为大家发放了精心准备的节日慰问品。

通过系列活动的开展，不仅营造出了健康、和谐、积极向上的节日氛围，同时将庆祝活动与加强妇女思想教育、创先争优活动紧密结合，激励广大妇女满怀热情投身于工作当中，为公司高质量发展贡献巾帼力量。

To celebrate International Women’s Day, HFE organized a series of activities for Women’s Day on the morning of March 8th and extended holiday greetings and blessings to all female employees of HFE.

At the event site, Ms. Li Liu, the Director of the Women’s Work Committee, took the lead in studying the excerpt of President Xi Jinping’s discourse on women, children, and the work of the Women’s Federation, guiding female employees to seize opportunities, effectively enhance their sense of responsibility, mission, and urgency, fully unleash their sense of responsibility that “women can hold up half of the sky”, and then carry out a fun celebration activity for female employees on March 8th. The activity is divided into three parts: knowledge quizzes, music recognition, and sharp eyes and fast mouth. The contestants were full of enthusiasm and courage to compete, and the scene was filled with laughter and joy. Everyone relaxed their body and mind in an active atmosphere, felt the importance of teamwork, and demonstrated a spirit of self-esteem, confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement.
