2月1日，鸿丰装备召开2023年度总结表彰大会暨2024年工作会议。领导班子、总经理助理、副总师、部门负责人及职工代表共200余人参加了会议。会议由鸿丰装备副总经理马振涛主持。

会议首先传达了山东电建三公司2024年工作会议精神，随后公司总经理助理、鸿丰装备公司党委书记、总经理曹关德作了题为《调整市场布局 优化业务结构 提升盈利水平 为全面完成2024年目标任务而努力奋斗》工作报告。报告全面客观的总结了鸿丰装备2023年工作完成情况，深入分析了公司高质量发展过程中制约公司改革发展的问题和不足，明确了2024年总体工作思路，提出了需着重抓好的七个方面工作。

会议还分别听取了市场营销、质量管理和项目管理三个专题工作报告，并对2023年度先进集体和个人进行了表彰。

此次会议主题鲜明、务实高效，进一步统一了思想，明确了目标，是一次鼓舞士气、团结奋进的大会，为2024年工作开好头、起好步，确保全年各项任务目标按期实现奠定了坚实基础。

On February 1st, HFE held the 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and the 2024 Work Conference. More than 200 people including the leadership team, assistant President, deputy chief engineer, department heads, and employee representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Ma Zhentao.

The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the 2024 work conference of SEPCOIII. Subsequently, Mr. Cao Guande, Assistant President of SEPCOIII, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of HFE, delivered a work report titled “Adjusting Market Layout, Optimizing Business Structure, Enhancing Profitability, and Striving to Fully Achieve the 2024 Tasks”. The report comprehensively and objectively summarizes the completion status of HFE’s work in 2023, deeply analyzes the problems and shortcomings that constrain the company’s reform and development in the process of high-quality development, clarifies the overall work ideas for 2024, and proposes seven areas of work that need to be emphasized.

The meeting also published three special work reports on marketing, quality management, and project management, and commended advanced collectives and individuals for the year 2023.

The theme of this conference is clear, pragmatic and efficient, further unifying ideas and clarifying goals. It is a conference that inspires morale and unites and strives forward, laying a solid foundation for the start of work in 2024, and ensuring the timely achievement of various tasks and goals throughout the year.
