7月21日上午，鸿丰装备在行政办公楼一楼会议室组织2023年新员工培训结业会暨导师带徒签约仪式，标志着新员工入职培训圆满结束。

为做好新员工入职培训工作，鸿丰装备前期精心策划、科学制定培训方案；入职后严格按照入职培训计划，组织开展为期10天的综合性培训，主要内容包括职业生涯规划、商务礼仪与职业形象塑造、企业文化、规章制度、部门职能、安全管理、技术质检能力等培训，期间还穿插组织了户外拓展训练等文体活动。过程中，无论是参加理论学习还是文体活动，所有新员工均表现出了当代大学生应有的文化素养与青春活力，保证了整个培训工作按期圆满完成。

下一步，按照培训计划，所有新员工将分配至各相关部门进行专业学习，鸿丰装备将持续做好新员工培养计划执行的监督考核，确保导师带徒活动取得实效，为鸿丰装备可持续高质量发展提供人才保障。

On the morning of July 21st, HFE organized the 2023 New Employee Training Closing Ceremony and Mentor and Apprentice Signing Ceremony in the company, marking the successful conclusion of the new employee onboarding training.

In order to do a good job in the onboarding training of new employees, HFE has carefully planned and scientifically prepared the training plan in the early stage. After new employees entry, in strict accordance with the onboarding training plan, a 10 day comprehensive training was organized, which mainly included professional career development, business etiquette and professional image building, corporate culture, rules and regulations, department functions, safety management, technical quality inspection ability and other training, and interspersed with outdoor outreach training and other cultural and sports activities. During the process, whether participating in theoretical learning or cultural and sports activities, all new employees demonstrated the cultural literacy and youthful vitality that contemporary college students should possess, ensuring the successful completion of the entire training work on schedule.

Next, according to the training plan, all new employees will be assigned to relevant departments for professional learning.
